Group Music

When I started teaching group music, my intention was to find the coolest most unique instruments I could and share them with isolated seniors in nursing homes. I purchased a theremin, tongue drums, kalimbas and many others that were fun and easy play. But when I found the autoharp and began singing and playing with it, something special happened. It was so simple and extremely grounding and healing; I was knew I had to share it with people with disabilities and veterans. Many years later, my goal has come to fruition and I teach music for multiple Arc of Virginia locations. The journey has been incredible. We’ve discovered our hidden gifts and grown together.

My lesson plans are divinely inspired. I have a special meditation strategy that allows me to develop activities that are fresh, useful and engaging. The work I’ve done transforms the lives of my students.

Do you have a group that needs real stimulation and development? Do you want to see their hidden potential flourish? Are you concerned about the development of your attendees or students?
