Enjoy playing piano

I offer pay-as-you-go lessons and consultations. My goal is to teach my students as much as possible in an efficient manner. No gatekeeping. No bread crumbing. No complicated contracts. I can help you build a practice routine that lets you study independently, play music recreationally or professionally.

As a lounge pianist for Virginia’s most exclusive venues, I maintain a large diverse repertoire of popular favorites. I combined my performance experience and expertise as a Senior Support Engineer at Microsoft to develop a practical teaching method. Precise troubleshooting, root cause analysis, gentle guidance and clear communication are used to navigate and resolve learning challenges.
